These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of glgins.com and the website services provided by GLG Insurance Professionals, Inc. (“GLG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Website information is not a binder or policy

Website content is general information and is not insurance, legal, tax, financial, safety, regulatory, or other professional advice. It does not amend or replace any quote, proposal, binder, policy, endorsement, certificate, contract, or communication issued by GLG or an insurer.

Insurance coverage is not bound, changed, renewed, or cancelled through this website, by leaving a message, or by submitting a quote request. Coverage becomes effective only when confirmed in writing by an authorized GLG representative or insurer and when all applicable underwriting, payment, documentation, and policy requirements are satisfied. Policy terms, conditions, exclusions, limits, and endorsements control in every case.

Quotes and insurance availability

A quote request is not an offer of insurance and does not guarantee eligibility, pricing, limits, carrier acceptance, or coverage availability. Quotes are subject to complete and accurate information, underwriting review, carrier guidelines, licensing, state availability, inspection, loss history, payment, and other requirements. Rates and terms may change before coverage is bound.

GLG is licensed only in jurisdictions where it is authorized to transact insurance. Nothing on the site is an offer or solicitation in a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.

Your submissions and responsibilities

When you submit information through the site, you agree that:

• the information is accurate, complete, and not misleading;
• you are authorized to provide information about the business, vehicles, drivers, employees, properties, or other persons identified in the submission;
• you will promptly correct material changes or errors; and
• we may contact you about the request using the contact information you provide.

Do not use a general website form to send Social Security numbers, payment-card details, patient records, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information unless a GLG representative directs you to an approved secure method.

Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to independent services, including quote technology, insurance markets, analytics providers, maps, payment services, financing providers, factoring providers, and Transportation Management System vendors. Third parties control their own products, contracts, pricing, privacy practices, availability, and performance. A link, referral, or discount does not make GLG responsible for a third-party service.

Transportation Management System vendors and discounts can change. Eligibility and promotional terms must be confirmed with GLG and the participating vendor before purchase.

Payments

Online payment links direct you to an independent payment provider. A payment submitted through a third party does not by itself bind, reinstate, renew, or prevent cancellation of coverage. Contact GLG if you need confirmation of policy or payment status.

Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about or requesting GLG services. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest information through automated means, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent requests, or use the site in violation of law.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, graphics, logos, and other original content are owned by GLG or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may print or save a reasonable copy for your own lawful use. No other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is permitted without written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLG and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the site and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes and availability

We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s law must apply. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
